Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By purchasing or starting a BrightNoon service, you agree to these Terms. You confirm you are at least 14 years old (Korea’s data-consent age); if you are under the age of majority where you live (19 in Korea), you confirm your parent or legal guardian consents to this purchase and these Terms. Please read Section 4 (Refunds) and Section 7 (Liability). Those are the important ones.
2. What we do
BrightNoon prepares you for one job interview. From a guided session about your real background we build your Preparation Guide, an Interview Trainer, a Prompt Pack for use with your own AI tools, and the practice method, with one round of revision. Each purchase covers one interview process at one company; a different company is a separate engagement. We deliver within three business days of your completed session, unless we tell you otherwise before you pay. Optional add-ons (such as a resume or cover letter) may be offered after delivery at the price stated then. Prices are shown at checkout in USD and paid through our payment provider before we begin; we don’t receive or store your full card or bank-account numbers. Please complete your session within 14 days of getting your access link.
3. How we work
We use a structured, AI-assisted process, and a person reviews and finalizes everything. We build only from your real experience, as you tell it to us, and do not invent experience, employers, dates, or numbers; where a fact is missing we say so and ask you to settle it. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you give us and for how you use the preparation in your interview. Please don’t send national ID or passport numbers, or other sensitive information. The Prompt Pack is for use with AI tools you choose and operate yourself; we are not responsible for those tools.
4. Refunds and cancellation
- Before you start: if you’ve paid but haven’t begun the session, you can cancel for a full refund. (You also have a 7-day statutory withdrawal right under Korea’s E-Commerce Act.)
- Once you start: the work is made individually for you, so under Korea’s E-Commerce Act (Article 17(2)) the right to withdraw is limited once the service begins. We tell you this and ask you to confirm before you start; after that, the part already performed is non-refundable.
- If we fail to deliver: you get a refund for what we didn’t deliver.
- Refunds are never based on whether you got an interview or offer.
- To cancel or request a refund, email contact@brightnooncareers.com; we process eligible refunds within 3 business days, as required by law.
5. No outcome guarantee
We sell interview preparation, not a job, an offer, or any result. Hiring decisions rest with employers.
6. Your content, confidentiality, and ownership
You keep ownership of what you give us and of the final materials: use them freely. We keep our own methods, templates, and systems, and may keep anonymized phrasings not tied to any person. We treat your materials as confidential, use them only to deliver your service, and never sell them. We’d use your work as a public sample or testimonial only with your separate consent, which we ask at delivery.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for any hiring outcome. Nothing here limits liability for our willful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or anything that can’t be limited under Korea’s Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions. If you charge back a payment after we’ve delivered, instead of using the refund process above, that’s a breach and we may contest it.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to create false credentials, misrepresent another person, or for anything unlawful. We may decline or stop work that would require fabrication or break these Terms or the law.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the version in effect when you buy governs your purchase. These Terms are governed by Korean law, and if you’re a consumer you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your home country. The English text governs.
